Honestly, if I look at their "net prices" on their website, then get a contract for a business customer offered, I know what to expect.

Put the price list of a europ. Fabric suppliers next to it. Or do you realize what extra charge the leather seats have at Mercedes and Audi, which also install huge amounts of fully automated production.

There are fabrics for 5000 scouring cycles (which I like to call underpants polyester), those for 30000 cycles (multiplex cinema ware) and those for 300-500,000 cycles (opera house / state theater product). The same applies to the foams used.

You get what you pay for. A "leather chair" for 300 euros unit price? This can go well in home theater for a few years ... But in the movie theater?

In 1996, we ordered classic upholstered folding armchairs with red mohair-wool upholstery on innerspring with cast-iron side panels and fine wood back panels, in the style of classic chairs. Movie palaces of the 30s. 1100 EU / pc, a lot of money at 212 pc The manufacturing company existed since 1911 in the same family ownership structure. And there are no failures so far. And even bought without grants by FFA or something.

We had learned the lesson from Kiel, where the furniture bought in 1994 for <200 marks per armchair also disintegrated within a few weeks. The German intermediate seller (allegedly Made in Germany) was then no longer palpable, insolvent.

We are all too poor to buy cheap. Everyone has to experience this experience.

I totally agree with you Stefan.

Unfortunately, people don't want to understand the difference between Quality & Affordable. I have come across hundreds of clients who want to pay 200 Euros per chair for real leather :) That's simply not possible. When we told them it's not possible, they went with other manufacturers who claim they can. Eventually, they came back to us to fix the problem.

We also say "I am not rich enough to buy cheap" :)

By the way, I want to clarify one more time that those complaints above are not related to our company, Seaotirum. I am just here to help you guys.

Let me know if you need anything, technical related or something else, I would be happy to help.

    Good Morning,

so short and to the point: the chairs were delivered after 7 months and were mounted. The quality seems to me to be acceptable for the price. We now have to wait how long they last and how to clean the fabric.

However, some parts and seats were missing. Now I'm curious how to deal with complaints or when the rest comes.

The here Seatorium reports I think great. However, this company is according to my information not the manufacturer, but http://www.skskoltuk.com/en/contact/

@ seatorium Thanks for your comment. The Chairs have arrived. I think that you are not the manufacturer? Or SKS but Seatorium is your name for international deals?

    Best regards

    DC

    Hello Kai,

that does not sound very good - but it gives hope that I will eventually see chairs.

My computer also led to Turkey and to https://www.seatorium.com/en-US/collection

Do you know if the chairs might have come from there? I also contacted the factory and there is no order there. In an order confirmation is namely:

Unless otherwise stated, we deliver EXW ex works Bursa, or Kirchheim unter Teck.

I already knew from conversations that are produced abroad (the gentleman was then reachable by telephone via handover abroad).

However, it is correct that he advertises himself to produce and big on the homepage is Made in Germany. This is definitely not true!

    Hello Dear ,

Thanks for referring our company. I am Mr. Ozan from Seatorium. I have read all the messages here and I am sorry to hear that your products haven't arrived from Euroseat. As far as I know, they are not manufacturer not like us. Please be careful while dealing with that kind of companies.

Google translated like this: "However, it is correct that he advertises himself to produce and big on the homepage is Made in Germany. This is definitely not true!" If you are referring to us, we have never ever told anyone our products are "Made in Germany" Our products, raw materials, metal parts, painting, wood sections, fabric are 100% Turkish origin.

SKS is also our Turkish brand. We use this name internally, Seatorium is a global brand. You can see we have the same address in our web page: https://www.seatorium.com/en-US/contact

Gentlemen, I would be honored to help you for your chair needs. Please contact me directly from export@seatorium.com and you can be rest assured that you are going to get the best service, best quality and best prices. There is not much else place you can find those 3 elements :)
