First of all, I want to say hello to everyone! Unfortunately, I don't speak German but with the help of Google translate, I find some helpful information about Siemens 16mm cameras. A few days ago I got an FII model and works perfectly. I tried with Kodak Vision 320T that I developed in B&W chemistry just for the test. I scanned the work (I'm a film colorist and we have a 35/16mm scanner at work) and I'm really surprised how the image is steady! Honestly, I didn't expect that. A few days ago I find three empty cassettes on eBay for 50€. So now I'm fully ready to experiment 😆 I tried to find some information about serial numbers and production data but without luck. My camera have serial that is under 3500. If anyone has any sources or information that will be great! 😊 Another thing that bothers me is the lens. It's a 2.5 cm 1.5f dkl lens. I find some basic information about the dkl lens. It is a lens made for the German war department in the ww2 and that's it. It's the same as the original Schnider lens that is come with a camera but it's black. I found a few photos of a similar lens and my lens have a silver focusing ring, all other that I saw are black. Any information about this dkl lens will be very helpful to me. Thanks Fran
